Janet Narag

Janet Narag has been employed in the healthcare field for over fifteen years.  Some of her past experiences has been with the Long Beach VA Hospital, Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, and Memorial Healthtech Laboratory.   Along with her direct and indirect patient and client contact,  she has vast experience with medical billing and collections

Since joining the PECA team as office manager, her achievements have included:

• Re-engineering PECA's supplier submission process, resulting in the implementation of a more efficient bidding process.

• Maintaining PECA's mailing list and marketing support documentation.   

• Maintaining the master schedule of PECA's operations.

• Restructuring and implementing new methodologies for collecting, storing and accessing PECA's database.

• Assisted in developing a nationwide marketing campaign of PECA's   services and products resulting in increased revenue.

In addition to her varied office duties, Ms. Narag provides data support for PECA's clients, assists in maintaining and updating PECA's website and is Director of Customer Service.

Ms. Narag attended the University of California, Irvine (UCI) where she served as a high school counselor in their Early Outreach Program and was a member of the Student Health Advisory Board and Minority Programs Board. She then transferred and graduated from California State University, Long Beach where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Microbiology.
