John D'Antonio

John D’Antonio, an associate of PECA, has 20 years experience in change management, logistics, supply chain management, process re-engineering, and productivity improvement. He specializes in facilitating client management teams utilizing a project structure designed to implement positive improvements in performance and profitability.

Mr. D’Antonio’s experience include:

  • Assisted in productivity improvement and resource utilization for client hospitals.
  • Evaluate hospital administrative practices and ancillary patient treatment scheduling systems, to identify potential productivity and resource utilization improvement, impacting overall length of stay.
  • Design and deliver management training programs designed to impact hospital profitability by facilitating hospital management teams with designing and installing management control systems.
  • Authored several client management control systems manuals for use as a reference and training tool to perpetuate project results.

Most programs realize significant return on investment through productivity gains, relative to established base line performance indicators.
