Student Support: The Incubator

High Standards Require Strong Support

Students at Pathways Early College Academy receive academic and behavioral support through our Incubator. Our faculty will also communicate weekly with families to help ensure that students are on track and receiving the help they need at school.

Daily Check-Ins

At these daily check-ins, students have access to tutoring, mentorship, and guidance in preparing for the futures they dream of.

Academic Guidance

Since students are on personalized pathways, we provide assistance in transferring to university and other academic planning.

Career Coaching

We support our students in succeeding after graduating The Academy by offering career preparation, networking skills, and resume building.

Executive Skills

Students will receive instruction in executive functioning skills that lead to success in the workplace and life after graduation.
